Is This Dental Insurance?

No. This is a direct membership with our clinic. There's no insurance company involved — which means no claims, no denials, and no waiting periods.

Who Is This For?

Anyone without dental insurance. If you're self-employed, retired, between jobs, or your employer doesn't offer dental benefits — this is built for you.

I Have the CDCP — Can I Join?

No. Patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) are not eligible for the membership plan. The good news: we accept the CDCP, and it's usually the better option for eligible patients — we'll help you use it.

Question 4

I Have Dental Insurance — Can I Join?

The plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. It cannot be combined with insurance benefits, and membership fees cannot be claimed to an insurer. If you have insurance, direct billing through your plan is the way to go — we handle that too.

Question 5

What's Not Included?

Whitening, orthodontics, and implants are not included in either plan. These are billed at our standard rates. Restorative work (fillings, crowns, etc.) is included at 15% off on the Complete plan, or at standard rates on the Essential plan.

Is There a Commitment?

Yes — the membership is a 12-month agreement, with payments continuing through the end of the term. That's what lets us include a full year of preventive care at this price. If you're not sure it's the right fit, talk to us before enrolling and we'll walk you through it — no pressure.
